DR. ADRIAN FEUCHTWANGER
I am a native English speaker with an undergraduate degree in German and Russian from Oxford University (1987), and a PhD in German literature from the University of Southern California (1991) (doctoral dissertation on the 1930s novels of Lion Feuchtwanger, of whom I am a great-nephew). In 2004 I obtained court interpreter certification (DPSI (Law), German<>English) from the Chartered Institute of Linguists, London.
With over 30 years’ experience as a freelancer for DACH companies and organizations, I work in the ever-changing fields of language services and education. I am currently an elected member of the Executive Board of the International Feuchtwanger Society.
